The software does what it says. But don't expect any support of any kind or assistance with activations, etc. I've used it (several purchases) for a dozen years and had to install on a new computer. My last purchase was 2019 and I couldn't get it to install. The company has ignored my 15 or so emails and contact forms for help. Enough said. At your own risk.

I had problems with the JPEG Compressor software by Winsoft. Used the trial version and then bought the software for $35. The purchased version would not allow me to save and seemed to be the same as the trial version. I could not compress any files I wanted to email. I contacted their tech support but have not heard back from them. I don't know if I got ripped off or not yet.
